I just found out the reason why David Sternberg hasn’t been returning my calls/appt requests for the past 6 weeks is because he’s dead. David’s been my massage therapist for many, many years. Not only was he the most talented massage therapist I’ve ever known (out of a dozen or so I’ve tried over the years), but he was so much more to me.

He was very new-age conscious without being preachy. One of my favorite things to do when I’d go to see him was to ask what books he’s been reading. He would give me an overview of the lessons he was learning, and how they would apply to real life. The Four Agreements (especially Don’t Take Anything Personally, Don’t Make Assumptions) were one of my favorite “lessons” from him.

I would always leave his office feeling completely refreshed in both body and spirit. Full of a calm confidence of love and understanding. Thanks for giving me so much, David. I will miss you.
